All rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) Rates for single are meant for one person and double are for 2 persons in a room. A Surcharge of RM45.00 nett per room per night is applicable on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown below. A Surcharge of RM25.00 nett per room per night is applicable on Malaysian School Holidays as shown below. Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM 65.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of one breakfast. Maximum of 2 children sharing room with parent is on complimentary basis excluding breakfasts and extra bed. Check out time is at 12.00 noon. Check -in time is at 2.00 pm. Complimentary baby cot available upon request. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability. Room Reservation for Peak Period are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the Resort Bank Account which shall be advised during the Confirmation Stages. For stay during Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve & New Year Eve guest are required to participate in the Compulsory dinner as shown below. Room Reservations for Non Peak Period are normally held until 6.00 pm unless guaranteed by an accepted Credit Card, or if a one night's charges for the total room/s reserved, deposit is received and subject to the discretion of the Resort.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Period: Cancellations notice are required at least 4 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest Peak Period : Cancellations notice are required at least 8 days before the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest Last Minute Booking: Booking made within 4 days prior to check in date are non-refundable and non-transferable. A one night/package charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest NO SHOW: In the event of NO SHOW, a full length of the total rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest
